About us
Dr. Farb founded the Israeli company, Leviathan Energy Wind Lotus, Ltd., in 2008, and the US company Flower Turbines LLC took over in 2013 and formed the EU subsidiary Flower Turbines BV in 2019. The aim is to use new ideas in aerodynamics to make small wind turbines much more useful around the world.

Dr. Daniel Farb, CEO
The CEO, as a lover of the outdoors, has a passion for combining a clean world and beauty–which led to the Tulip. He grew up in a home where his father wrote articles that popularized the conservation movement in the US, and his mother was a museum director. He has a formal scientific and liberal arts background from Yale University, where he set an academic record, and from his medical degree at Boston University. He was the original visionary of the turbine concept, and his Executive Management degree from UCLA helps him see the business application. He ran a small software company, which had some significant corporate sales. He has worked as a patent consultant for a law firm and took two certificate courses in patent strategy from the University of Haifa. He has filed over 30 patents. He has written over 100 books, mostly in management and healthcare training. He won awards and recognition for the Tulip technology.
