2. Our first Canadian raise on Frontfundr.
3. Canadian support for accredited investors in the UK (please read below). For amounts larger than $25,000, UK investors can contact us directly to participate in US Reg D.

- Net Financial Assets, individually or combined with a spouse, are greater than $1,000,000 (not including real estate), or net Assets (individually or combined with a spouse) are greater than $5,000,000 (including real estate).
