You can build your own off-grid project right here! Making a small project is easy and convenient and you can use the battery it connects to for many types of projects like lighting, security cameras, and holiday displays.
Start with 3 small "1-meter" turbines (the exact blade dimensions are 1.15 meters high and 0.5 meters diameter); we believe this is the minimum for getting reasonable battery charging power for a project. You can add as many turbines as you like. (Here is a link to our shopping guide page so you can review how to determine how much electricity you can produce from how many turbines. It is always better to add more turbines to make sure you are covered.)
Each turbine comes with its own generator and charge controller. We need to know which battery you are going to use because we customize your controller settings according to 12 or 24 volts and lead or lithium batteries. You can change your controller later if you change your batteries; we will give you instructions on how to reset it by yourself. If you want to buy the battery yourself, after purchase email our staff with your purchase number at support.us@flowerturbines.com and tell us which one you are buying.
Each turbine comes with a flange beneath the generator for mounting on a structure of your choice. After making your purchase, and if you don't purchase a pole, we will email you the technical sheet for the flange provided. You do not need that sheet if you purchase a pole. Most customers prefer to purchase 3-foot or 6-foot poles and put them in the ground or on a concrete block.
IMPORTANT: All bolting and electrical connections should be with a professional installer, contractor, or electrician.

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to be familiar with the safe and correct installation and operation for all equipment in accordance with local laws and regulations. Flower Turbines has no opportunity to supervise the application, installation, or maintenance of the components used. Therefore, the purchaser agrees by accepting delivery of components and material for Flower Turbines’ turbines usage, that all material and procedures will be used solely at the purchasers' risk. The purchaser will indemnify and hold Flower Turbines, it's owners, and its employees or representatives free and harmless from all loss, liability, or damage resulting from the alleged failure or defect of any project built using components or publications purchased from Flower Turbines Inc. or any of its employees.
Shipping costs are not final. You will be charged for shipping and handling at the time your order is ready to ship.
