Dr. Daniel Farb - CEO

In 2013, Dr. Mark Daniel Farb incorporate Flower Turbines LLC in New York to use fluid dynamics to create more efficient small wind turbines. The company became a Delaware Corporation in 2019, with licenses to operate in New York, Texas, and New Jersey.

The EU subsidiary,  Flower Turbines BV, opened in 2019 in Rotterdam.

Growing up, Dr. Farb was influenced by his father’s articles popularizing the conservation movement in the U.S., and his mother, who was a museum director in New York. Dr. Farb has a formal scientific and liberal arts background from Yale University, where he set an academic record, followed by a year of advanced science courses, a medical degree from Boston University, and a degree in Executive Management from UCLA Anderson School of Business.

Dr. Farb also has experience running a small software company with some major corporate clients, writing over 100 professional training books, and filing over 80 patents. This company is a fusion of his love of the planet and the outdoors with innovative science and design.

Warren Stoll - COO

Warren Stoll is an energetic, high-impact leader with a proven track record of success. He brings an analytical mindset and an entrepreneurial

ambition to each of his ventures, and excels at navigating complex, high-stakes opportunities.

​

Prior to joining Flower Turbines, Warren led a series of technology and real estate businesses. Beginning in 1979, Warren raised venture capital for four start-ups, and led each company from inception to growth to a successful sale.

In 1982, he founded Einstein software. The company developed the Einstein word processor, which he subsequently sold to Microsoft. He has also located, analyzed, appraised, and negotiated the purchase and sale of numerous commercial properties.

Warren has a BA from CSUN and a JD from Southwestern School of Law. He is an avid fisherman, devoted husband/ father/grandfather/great-grandfather, and champion chess player. Not only is he passionate about the planet, his eye for recruiting talent has created a stellar team at Flower Turbines’ Headquarters. Mr. Stoll is also the creator of Flower Power, a product line of Flower Turbines.

Hani Gera - VP Business Development / Sales

Hani Gera brings over 15 years of experience in B2B sales, marketing and biz dev to her role as Flower Turbine's VP of Business Development / Sales. With a strong focus on partnership development, lead generation, and identifying new business avenues, Hani is committed to driving growth strategies that takes Flower Turbine forward. Armed with an Executive MBA, she is deeply passionate about advancing the global adoption of renewable energy.

 

At Flower Turbines, Hani aims to expand the company's customer base and sales channels on a global scale. She envisions forging robust partnerships to introduce Flower Turbines' innovative wind turbine technology into diverse industrial and commercial sectors.

 

Before joining Flower Turbines, Hani served as the CEO of an Investor Relations (IR) company, where she spearheaded the development of new services and market segments. Under her leadership, the company achieved substantial growth

 

Known for her ability to connect people and opportunities, she looks forward to speaking and collaborating with you.

Milan Adamovic holds a Master of Mechanical Sciences and has extensive experience in Mechanical Engineering and Mechanical Design.

 

He has previously worked in the automotive and grinding machine tool industries, contributing innovative mechanical engineering and 3D CAD design solutions. 

​

At Flower Turbines, Milan is dedicated to creating cost-effective, and environmentally friendly mechanical designs.

​

Driven by a commitment to sustainability and innovation, Milan constantly seeks to push the boundaries of mechanical design, providing efficient, eco-friendly solutions that meet the needs of modern society. His ability to merge technical expertise with creative design makes him a valuable asset to the Flower Turbines team.

Ali Grattan - Marketing Manager

Since joining Flower Turbines in February 2022, Ali Grattan has been instrumental in spreading the company’s sustainable energy message and innovative energy solutions globally.

She brings over 10 years of experience in copywriting, editing, visual content creation, web development, and branding to her role as Flower Turbines' Marketing Manager.

 

A graduate of Texas Tech University with a degree in Electronic Media & Communication and a minor in Psychology, Ali combines her academic background with extensive professional expertise. She is deeply committed to environmental sustainability and human rights, ensuring these values are reflected in her work.

Ali is known for her exceptional eye for detail, creative approach, and compassionate spirit; qualities that enhance the company’s brand presence and strategic communication efforts.
 

Ali’s leadership and strategic insight have significantly advanced Flower Turbines' mission, driving growth and expanding its global reach. She is committed to leveraging her skills and vision to foster continued success and build a brighter, more sustainable future.
